A Fallen Nation & Failed State
....but national "Pride" can't see itWhat is the difference between a fallen nation and that of a failed state?
The Nation generally refers to the citizens. The State, most of the times, refers to a government; although a state may also refer to the resident citizens as well.
A fallen nation deals with society breakdowns; such as failures within essential societal, government, and economic systems. Breakdowns are seen in the loss of cultural identity, loss of rights security, and an impaired, abnormal, or unhealthy behavior from authority. The failed state deals with the government and it increasing lack of ability to effectively govern in accord with constitutionally granted limitations. This is evidenced when existing government offices and agencies are more frequently turned against the citizens to repress, destroy, and violate constitutionally protected rights, so as to destroy an otherwise civilized society to make citizen fight against themselves, when they should focus on proper control over their government. These united State of America never got close to its designed greatness. The people allow government to systematically trample the rights of fellow united States Americans with little resistance.
Two Pledges; —Different ResultsFirst, that which is called: "The Pledge of Allegiance"
"I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all." It was written by and originally publish in 1892 by a Socialist Preacher; Francis Bellamy. The 1892 Version: "I pledge allegiance to my Flag and the Republic for which it stands, one nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all." The original salute was identical to what became the Heil Hitler Salute. The 1923 Version: "I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all." The 1954 Version: "I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all." By this time, the salute was changed to the holding the right hand over the heart. This is also shows how powerful ideas become when they solicit the powers of a god, real or imagined. Socialism Defined: A centrally planned economy in which the government controls all means of production. The socialism definition conflicts with the founding and independence of these united States of America; a nation, in which, if a person produces more to enjoy more; that is their right. It is not to be controlled by government. In the united States of America, its economic policy might be stated as from each according to their chosen ability; to each according to their chosen output. Beyond which, the individual, not the government, may decide to donate some portion of their output to benefit others who may have greater need than their personal output ability. The Question remains: To whom or what does the person pledges their allegiance? That answer is found in The Constitution of the United States of America, Article 4, Section 4, ratified in 1790, states: The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government... Article 4 proves that, with this pledge, the person pledges their allegiance to the government, which is --the Republic. However; it is the government, which by its oath to support and defend The Constitution of the United States of America, as seen in Article 6, that owes its allegiance to the people, who are the nation. Congress knew the Treason they overtly committed with that "pledge of allegiance"; by forcing young minds to repeatedly recite that pledge, under penalty of corporal punishment. The Second Pledge: The 1776 Pledge among all united States Americans.
The nation's real pledge is as old as the nation. Since the people are the nation, it is a pledge among citizens of the united States Americans. The unanimous Declaration of the united States of America, end of the last paragraph, states: "And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm Reliance on the Protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our fortunes, and our sacred Honor." Without knowing the entire purpose for The unanimous Declaration of the united States of America; this pledge makes little sense. The entire purpose of The unanimous Declaration is that of the equal security of all the people's rights; which is seen in its second paragraph; We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights... This pledge means; that when a united States American sees someone's rights being unjustly attacked; it is their sworn duty, as a united States American to come to their aid to defend their rights; —and especially so if they do not like the person or the rights they exercise –so long as they are not unjustly violating another person's rights. With this, every person also equally secures the protection of their own rights —because their rights are identical. Though each person may exercise different rights from the list and perhaps place differing values on the same rights they choose; everyone possesses the exact same list of rights. This pledge does not require the loss of anything put at risk. But each person must be willing to put all that they are and possess at risk in order to secure their rights. The longer the government gets out of their control, the more likely the actual losses when they do finally act. The losses are certain when people do nothing. The government will consume their life and their fortunes through taxation. Then destroy their reputation by enforcing unconstitutional laws; trying them as criminals for having done nothing but exercise one of their protected rights covered by Amendment 9; which states: "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people." The passing and enforcing an unconstitutional law, itself, being the worst crimes, as they violate The Supreme Law of the Land; detailed in The Constitution of the United States of America, Article 6. It states: "This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding." Time for Correct ActionIt's about time the citizens learn the difference between the two pledges —and live their nation's true pledge to each other. A nation has fallen when the citizens do nothing to stop the ever-increasing government violations against their Standing Constitution. The people of the united States of America are allowing their employees in the government corporation to dictate the meaning of the Supreme Law of The Constitution, which was established to control the government's powers in the first place. Every employee in government, from Dog-Catcher to President, Congress, and supreme Court; are subordinate to The Constitution, as seen in Article 6; which itself is subordinate to the will of the majority of the total body of registered voters, so long as they act in accord with the terms outlined in The unanimous Declaration of the united States of America.
