The only reason that the #HouseJudiciaryCommittee is still "investigating" Mr. Trump is because they know that nearly every member of Congress should be impeached for their countless Constitutional Violations.
They also know that the entire US Supreme Court (along with nearly every Federal Judge) should also be impeached for not even using The US Constitution in their courts. Latest case in point is the #census issue. A case that should have left dozens of judges dying from hysterical laughter at the nerve to even bring such a frivolous case to the US Supreme Court as that of a census that the constitution never authorized our government to use.
As the required items to be covered goes up -- so too does the cost of coverage
The billionaire and the homeless persons have the right to the absolute best (medical, housing, food, education, entertainment,m etc.) that each can personally afford for themselves.
Neither has the right to hire the government to TAKE from the other to improve the level or quality of any of those items.
Each has the option to improve or alter their position to get a better product or service.
@realDonaldTrump and #JaredKushner I realize that both of you are relatively new to the housing rental business. #Rats and #Roaches do not generally take up residence in homes where there is not a good food supply (such as, open foods laying out for long periods of time.
In large building complexes where there are many tenants, it only takes a couple of them to attract unwanted #varmints into the entire building. And if you think you can just gas the one or two apartments that may seem affected? Think again. You gas the one apartment, they simply go through the walls, ceiling, and duct work into many other apartments.
You must gas the entire building, which then is only a temporary fix, if you do not maintain a clean building.
Otherwise, mice and roaches are not attracted to clan human living spaces (except as a the shortest path between two points). They usually only interfere with humans when humans have taken their natural living spaces.

@realDonaldTrump it already is the duty of businesses to either find already trained employees, or to train the best qualified candidates for the open jobs.
It is not the duty of government to help them complete that task. Let those businesses live or die in accord with their corporate policies. There will always be another business to pick up their lost business activity.
Individuals should be solely responsible for learning new skills that can help get them hired at better-paying jobs. This is supposed to be one of the qualities of a good education system. Unfortunately we do not have even a good education system in these united States of America.
Once again our #FederalGovernments stoops to #Extortion using stolen #taxes
Whenever the Federal Government uses tax dollars (withholding or granting them) to states --if those states do or do not do-- certain things the Federal Government wants this is extortion and #blackmail to get those states to pass unconstitutional laws in order to get stolen money from taxpayers.
#Stolen? Yes. Consider the fact that the application of the #IncomeTax laws violate Amendment 16's prohibition of the use of a census. How else do you suppose the government knows at what rate to tax the rich-, middle- and poorer-classes of citizen if they have not first determined how many of then there are and how much each class of citizen is valued. This all comes from the unconstitutional census.
@realDonaldTrump if you ant to end the #fakeBorderCrisis properly enforce Amendment 13 and the punishments detailed in the Uniform Code of Immigration and naturalization. But to be successful you definitely need much better qualified constitutional advisors than you presently use.
Let's extend that from #JudicialActivism to include #ExecutiveActivism and #LegislativeActivism
When any government officer (Legislative, Executive, or Judicial) uses their position to advance their personal political agenda over the Constitution to which they voluntarily entered into a contractual oath to support and defend; those government officers commit #Tyranny and #Treason.
Got that @SCTOUS and @realDonaldTrump --- it is not at all difficult to work within the powers granted by the constitution --- at least for an honest person.
In these united States of America, the only "illegal" firearm is a stolen firearm.
The Constitution for the United States of America makes it clear that it is not #illegal to own any type or style of #firearm; as it states, "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."
If our government officers actually read the Constitution to which they swore oath to defend, they would use Amendment 13 as the punishment for criminal activity.
Make the penalty for the crime far more harsh than the rewards from the crime and you get far less crime.
#RedFlag program #MurielBowser would then seize all weapons from police officers who have not fully studied and proved that they properly comprehend The Supreme Law of the Land.
Far more constitutional violations are committed by people wearing badges, guns, and robes than any other crimes.
Passing laws that violate the US Constitution, enforcing those laws, and punishing people who violate those unconstitutional laws is the worst criminal acts of all. That is, if you do not count the ignorance of the people generally who allow those laws to continue to exist.
As much as some seem to think the Death Penalty serves as deterrent to crime, the records show otherwise.
When we've had honest government officers, who properly enforced Amendment 13 punishment for criminal activity, crime rates were minimal.
With the corruption of the legislative branch (city, county, state, federal) in passing a vast host of unconstitutional laws to #CreateCriminals to fill the terms of #JailQuotas, the crime rate in these united States skyrocketed.
If #Barr wanted the Justice Department to use #TheRuleOfLaw many legislators would be put on trial for passing laws that violate #TheSupremeLawOfTheLand.

So long as a person who is staggering around drunk, stoned, or otherwise drugged or medicated is NOT committing any crimes; defined as violating the rights, property, or person of others in an unjust manner -- they have broken non honorable laws.
In fact, we might encourage people to post videos on social media of people acting under the stupor of various substances. If for no other reason than to provide a visual record to the person so influenced so they may better judge their actions in the future.
No shortage of qualified teachers
Qualified teachers are any person who can get the students to recognize how their subject matter applies to real-life situations that are important to that individual student. For this, there is no shortage.
What government-run indoctrination establishments want are drones to simply misinform students and to rip apart all signs of self-esteem that the student might possess.
Any "teacher" who cannot calmly teach a class of 100 or more students of all ages (say, K-12) should not be in the teaching profession.
When properly performed, the teacher simply makes use of other students to tutor other students. If the way that the teacher presents the subject-matter does not resonate with a student, the presentation by another student is likely to ring a few more bells.
One of the skills to teaching nearly any topic is to find a way to get the student to recognize how they can use that information today, as opposed to how it might be useful in some future life.
This all demands that teacher possess some power to discipline unruly students, in order to re-establish order in the class.
A teacher, able to teach a student HOW TO LEARN has taught that student how to learn any subject-matter from that point onward and how to become expert in any chosen field of endeavor.
The teaching profession, as with nearly every government-occupation, the workers are there simply for the cushy paycheck and over-inflated government benefits packages; one of which is knowing that it has become nearly impossible to fire unqualified people.

Against the City Council of Berkeley, CA; Violating The Constitution for the United States of America; Amendment 1. (generally not properly used but commonly referred to) Specifically, freedom of speech. ---------More specifically, The Constitution of the State of California, Article 1, "Sec. 2. (a) Every person may freely speak, write and publish his or her sentiments on all subjects, being responsible for the abuse of this right. A law may not restrain or abridge liberty of speech or press."
Berkeley, CA City Council seems to have recently passed an ordnance prohibiting "gender pronouns". This now violates Amendment #9 of the US Constitution. "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."
Order that prohibiting the use of any words violates the right and freedom of the people to speak-freely. If enforced, it subjects the City Council members personally, as well as any officer who enforces, and any judge or jury who finds guilt in anyone accused of violating such laws -- personally and financially liable for all danages caused to the accused.

"Behavior that is so careless that it is considered an extreme departure from the care a reasonable person would exercise in similar circumstances."
Most reasons police consider speed "reckless" is because they (the police and EMTs etc.) tend to get a bit squeamish as they scrape bodies off the pavement and out of trees. Oh, wait a minute. That would also be from people going the posted speed and otherwise may not be paying proper attention to their environment.
Speed is NOT the problem!
The problem is government greedy for excess funds.
Arrested without a known motive and without knowledge of what led to the arrest?
In what used to be these united States of America, we did not randomly arrest people until we could establish a known motive and specify what #EVIDENCE exactly led to that arrest.
That does not seem to be the case for Tony Antoine McClam. Apparently D.C Police Chief Peter #Newsham no longer considers motive an important issue.

The two most recent mountains of evidence include the #TreasonAct and the #UnafordableCareAct of which were, unfortunately pawned off on the people successfully under the names #PatriotAct and #AffordableCareAct of which neither are either Affordable or patriotic.
The republican half of the party passed the Treason Act that unconstitutionally expands Amendment 4 search and seizure powers of government.
The democrats of the party campaigned long and hard to repeal it if they got into office. They finally got the majority of the House, the majority of the Senate, AND the President.
Did they repeal it?

In stead of a repeal, they added to it, the Affordable Care Act.

The quietest way a government enslaves the people is through all the freebies they stole from others to give to those who do not have -- but only after having taken a hefty chunk off the top as the middle-man.
If we want honest government, our society must wean ourselves off the public-purse; and learn how to recognize corrupted politicians before they get elected and sworn into office.

Can you imagine that Kansas City MO and Kansas City KS want to become states?
Maryland and Virginia allowed portions of their respective states to be used for our nation's Seat of Government. Neither, that land nor the citizens of their respective states ceased to belong to their respective states.
All that means is that the city(s) of Washington, DC/MD and Washington, DC/VA should have two separate City Governments. One for the Maryland 1/2 and one for the Virginia 1/2 of Washington DC.
The fact that people mistakenly assumed that (and treated) accordingly that the states forfeit that land and allowed our nation's government to suppress the voice of so many citizens for so long can easily be solved:

#SupplyAndDemand should be the rule when it comes to setting the cost of labor. That is what the Uniform Code of Naturalization and Immigration is supposed to accomplish.
When the government artificially establishes a minimum wage, businesses simply add that cost to the products and services they sell/provide. Have you ever wondered why a loaf of bread and gallon of milk cost so much more today than they did 75 years earlier?
The average US wage in 1910 was 22 cents per hour.
A loaf of bread: 7 cents [3.14 loaves of bread/hour]
Seems that with The Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, the U.S. minimum wage was initially set at $0.25 per hour
The average US wage in 2019 averages $7.25 dollars per hour.
Bread priced at $2.50 in 2019 [2.09 loaves of bread/hour]
Seems as though we get less for our money as the minimum wage increases.
Immigration and Naturalization, supposedly controlled by Congress, is supposed to only allow immigrants into these united States to increase the number of jobs when our employment rate is high, by encouraging people with valid businesses and the resources to finance its startup or relocation to come in. When businesses legitimately need workers to fill empty jobs; Congress then sends out requests to friendly countries for those with the skills needed for those jobs. in this way, the ration of jobs to citizens to work them always favors the citizen.
When government allows a glut of people from other countries to enter these united States legally or worse yet, illegally, the supply of labor goes sky-high and the people coming over the borders (generally willing to work rock-bottom wages) allow businesses to lay off and fire those they pay higher wages.
When the government artificially inflates the the wage-cost to businesses the businesses actually increase the cost of their products and services in a never-ending battle to maintain profits -- all the while, the works keep getting screwed over.

According to the Virginia State Motto; every politician who violates either The Constitution for the United States of America and/or The Constitution of the Commonwealth of Virginia should be put to death. The State-Seal shows a soldier standing over a Tyrant with blood oozing from a wound over the heart. Truly a fitting end to tyrants and despots.
Question is: How guilty are politicians in the State of Virginia regarding the charges of Tyranny?

It, I suppose it too bad that the people of Virginia lost sight of that motto. But, probably for the better. Especially since humans tend to immortalize and elevate to the status of "god" even those politicians they hate the most -- particularly if those politicians were #assassinated.

From The Constitution for the United States of America, Article 1, Section 9, it states; "No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince or foreign State."
From Article 2, Section 1, it states "The President shall, at stated Times, receive for his Services, a Compensation, which shall neither be increased nor diminished during the Period for which he shall have been elected, and he shall not receive within that Period any other Emolument from the United States, or any of them."
Perhaps I missed it, but did Congress authorize a recent President, in 2009, to accept the Nobel Peace Prize from Norway? If Congress did not authorize it, this certainly could have been a violation.
A 1785 common-use dictionary defines "Emolument. Profit; advantage."
According to Article 2, this would not apply to any foreign State or possession of these united States, but only to any of the Domestic States that is a member of these united States of America. With respect to foreign leaders staying in one of Mr. Trump's hotels; the courts properly ruled.
However, dealing also with Article 1 applies to all government officers, within and for these united States of America. With respect to Article 1, any foreign leaders staying in one of Mr. Trump's hotels; the courts incorrectly ruled. When foreign leader stay at a hotel, other people from that country are more likely to try to stay at that hotel, because it lends more credibility, publicity, and more financial receipts/profits. This would be the same as if I owned a Mom & Pop hotel and a famous actor, athlete, etc. stayed there. More people are likely to book reservation and stay, simply because someone famous also did. Thus the advantage gained.
If inept relates to job skill and knowledge; what's the conflict?
If inept; properly defined as "having or showing no skill; clumsy" is what #UKambassador meant by an inept White House; he must feel that truth is something to be ashamed about.
Mr. Trump, as President of "The United States of America" demonstrates a clumsy manor about his skill (rather lack thereof) regarding his constitutional duties of office. Thus, inept.
@REALDONALDTRUMP Mr. Trump should (as I find myself trying to do with my own advice) heed his own advice. "An executive is only as good as his gatekeepers" Mr. Trump, Apprentice show.
His gatekeepers include the Secret Service officers around the White House who do not allow or pass information along to Mr. Trump that would have helped him do a much better job as President of "The United States of America". Additionally, other gatekeepers include the advisers of whom he surrounds himself. His "constitutional" adviser is as incompetent and lacking when it comes to The Constitution for the United States of America, as is the entire Supreme Court of "The United States of America". Case in point, the #census.
