Too bad that billionaire did not get out much and talk with people who do

If you compare an enclosed stadium that seats about 20,000 people to that of Earth: and set the stadium thermostat to minus 32 degrees Celsius, so that a frost settles on the seats. The cooler will be set to pump out the exact same BTU regardless of the ambient temperature change.
Now, add 100 people each hour to different stadium locations, each group as far apart from each other as possible.
Clearly these people are dressed for the temperature.
Thermometers placed throughout the stadium to measure temperature variations.
Taking about 200 hours or 9 days to complete.
Hot foods and drink brought in by others to simulate heat from industry and other animal life.
The first 3 or 4 days will see minor increase in temperature. As temp rises, people begin shedding layers of clothes, exposing more body heat. The digestive process also creates heat.
Each human is a 37 degree Celsius, mostly self-sustaining thermal rod.
At some point, before the end of the last day of the experiment, the temperature will either be comfortable or getting too warm.
You get the picture. Add a solar-simulated heat source for 1/3 to 1/2 of each day while the cooler pumps the exact same cooling BTU and it gets hotter for longer even faster.
For comfort; Fresh air circulation removes high levels of CO2 because the actual plant are not there.
Earth moves about in our solar-system, which creates what we call annual solar-seasons.
The Earth solar-system moves about in our galaxy, which also impacts Earth's temperature range for extended periods.
The galaxies move about within the universe and the universe within The Totality. All of this impacts Earth's average temperature, for the better or worse.
