SCOTUS authorizes Amendment 4 Violation
It does not surprise me that the #SCOTUS ruled that un-warranted search and seizure of an accident victims blood does not violate Amendment 4; especially when you take into account that the US Constitution does not allow a Census to be taken, but the SCOTUS rules favorably for the unconstitutional census anyhow.
Taking anything from the conscious or unconscious accident victim without a warrant violates Amendments 4, and 5.
It violates Amendment 4 because it demands a warrant to search and or seize any thing or person. If the person is unconscious or conscious and gets to the hospital and needs a blood sample for treatment, this is a different animal. That treatment may need to know what is in the blood system (drugs, alcohol, medicines, etc.) At which time, the police, prosecutors, courts need to issue a warrant to get that information from the hospital.
It violates Amendment 5 because it forces a person to be a witness against themselves.
