The crime of incorrect #genderpronoun
This comes as the result of my picking up trash in Lafayette Square, Park in Washington DC.
I found a name tag. The noun on the tag states, "Emma".
Nothing unusual about that. It would have gone unnoticed and quickly discarded as trash someone left on the ground.
What caught my eye was what was written below the name. The pronouns "She/her"..
Even this might not have been terribly noticeable, had it not been for several days earlier that someone told me that some state passed a law that made it a crime to "miss-pronoun a person".
The country/nation that is properly identified as the united States of America got way off-track early in our life; about 1785 or so.
This is similar to #hatecrimes. Tell me, how many crimes are committed against other people out of love?
Every real crime against another person or their property deals with some level of dislike/hate.
