For the results to last longer, begin arresting #HR personnel and business owners for their crimes of encouraging people to unlawfully enter and unlawfully stay in our nation. If Congress would pass a law that, when duly convicted, the business forfeits -- say 3% of its gross receipts for a period of five years, those people are likely to be more cautious about their hiring practices.
