We always have had it
The way it has always worked in the past; was that if you had a medical problem and you could get to a doctor (if you wanted to also) and if you could afford to pay, you got the best treatment the doctor had for your budget.
That still applies today.
If you are a billionaire and I a homeless person; both us us have every right to the absolute BEST #MedicalCare #Housing #Education etc. that each of us can personally afford.
What I do not have the right to do, is employ the government to steal resources from you to help me get the best that YOU can afford.
The only #Equality at exists among humans is that of the list of our #Rights and nothing more.
As stated in another post (maybe): When the government and the insurances were out of the picture; more people than not could afford to pay the doctor's fees.
As insurances got involved, with their deeper pockets, doctors and hospitals began charging and getting their higher prices from those deeper pockets.
Once the government got involved in the process; doctors and hospitals realized or already knew how incompetent most government personnel are that they grossly inflated their rates and got paid.
We need to get the government and insurance companies back out of the picture and most all services and products will become affordable to the point that pharmaceuticals and medical equipment vendors will not try to recoup 200% of their investment from their first and every customer.
