Athletes and Politicians -- out of control.
Apparently some famous sports person, Colin #Kaepernick and some want to be famous politician Doug #Ducey want to control a shoe company, #Nike.
Everyone wants the shoe when it defended that same sports person's right to kneel during some event at a sport I do not follow. It apparently made that shoe company interesting enough to get an invite from the #Arizona government.
The ball player seemed to complin that the 13-Star #flag was somehow racist because it was created when there were only 13 States in the union.
Is it that there were 13, states, flag, union, or Betsy that is linked to slavery in the ball-player's mind?
I'm certain that the politician's position is purely monetary.
Slavery was never part of the design for our united States of America. The fact that it was not stopped cold-turkey in 1776 is the fault of ALL THE PEOPLE from 1776 (whites, blacks, and all other shades and colors). Apparently, depending upon what "facts" a person wants to advance, blacks and other skin-colored people other than whites owned slaves.
Yes. It is the people's fault slavery survived 1776. We were supposed to properly control our governments. A task we have yet to master, as our governments master us, the people.
Nike, if you want at least one united States American to help you defend your right to put whatever you want on your shoes, come see me. I am a united States American. My pledge is simple. It is our nation's #pledge:
For the support of this Declaration [The unanimous Declaration of the united States of America], with a firm Reliance on the Protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our fortunes, and our sacred Honor.
