In the last few decades, I've noticed that people complain about our employees in government office -- but rarely, if ever, offer any constructive advice as to help those employees to a better job. Evidence? A 1756 Common-Use dictionary by Samuel Johnson, defines CORPORATION as, "A body politick" Yes. Mr. Trump and all government officers (elected, appointed, hired, etc.) are our corporate/government employees. If I were your employee, would you come to me to try to help me do a better job? OR Would you plaster my poor performance all over your billboards to try to publicly shame me? If I refused to take your guidance in doing a better job --in accord with the enforceable contract and really screw things up; do you fire me as soon as possible or leave me to complete the contracted term and truly destroy things? Problem is: People of this nation with the loudest mouths have the least constructive things to say. They also tend to have the least knowledge about how to truly educate, inform, and improve employee moral and performance; and worse yet, they have no clue as to how to effect the firing of those truly corrupted officials. -- Be part of the problem or part of the solution.
