Do I start with a #FederalJudge who tells an #ExecutiveOfficer, #realDonaldTrump that he cannot do his #LawEnforcement job to hold entire cities accountable for violating The Supreme Law of the Land --- Or do I start with a #FloridaGovernor who knows so little about the law that she does not know that when a person fully serves their sentence for a felony that the individual is no longer a #Felon but a #FreePerson?
If the people of a city or the people of a state grant to their respective governments the power to violate The Supreme Law of the Land, all of the people of that city or state are guilty of being accomplices to a criminal act.
If the people have not authorized their government officers to do such, via a valid vote at the polls; only the government officers are guilty of the crime.
As for people who, id duly convicted of crime; have fully served their lawful/constitutional sentence, all of their rights must be #automaticallyRestopred.
Guess that says enough.
Is it better to not have a #Father in the house than to have a abusive father in the house?
When people, and unfortunately religious, and more so than that, people who claim to be #Christians say that our nation is failing because we have so many families without father or men in the house.
Odd thing is; when I look around, I see some people who had either no mother or they had no father in the house and they grew up quite normal and crime free.
I've seem several people who grew up as children of preachers and religious leaders, and police officers who end up some of the community's worse criminals.
It has nothing to do with #AManInTheHouse or not. It has to do with the choices the child makes and with whom the child desires to associate.
We mightwant to take a better look at our laws that create criminals out of truly innocent people and then works to keep those people in the criminal system the rest of their lives.
Is #PresidentTrump a racist or is he simply guilty of perhaps inappropriately expressing his private opinions in public forum?
Based on what I hear and see from people on the street who support Mr. Trump; those people have a variety of #SkinColor #CulturalBackground #Ages #Sexes #Genders etc.
But what about his proposed #WhitePeople v. #BlackPeople #Appreentice show?
If that is racist; a person would have to come to the conclusion that #BET #Ebony and maybe even #WashingtonExaminer are racist for an apparent lack of "White" people in their forums.
In these united States of America, we have something for just about every one. Well, that is except for those who want Clean Honest Government. But that is on its way.
As a nation, we used to actually have skin, and thick skin at that. Names and words almost never saw a day in the courts. Now, if you even look at a person for more than a specific number of seconds, they can call the cops and have you arrested.
We lost our skin.
As for @realDonaldTrump the guilt must be shared by many opposite sides. Trump, for what he says without thinking. People who hear, without listening. Those who act, without thinking.
Does #RobNatelson who wrote an #Opinion article for #TheEpochTimes August 8 know "How Our Constitution Was Supposed to Work"?
Natleson wrote, after a list of mostly accurate powers: "This list alsoincluded authority to hold the union together."
I would like to see how Natleson gets that idea; aside from the obvious - that if our nation's government officers truly remained honorable, there would be no need for States to secede from the union; thus -- keeping the union together.
However; The Constitution for the United States of America, in Amendment 10 makes it clear that if the constitution does not prohibit to the State a specific power, the States may exercise that power. But that is only true, if the people of that state authorizes their State to exercise that power.
The US Constitution, then in 1787, as now in 2019, does not prohibit to the States the power to leave the union.
Natleson wrote: "But advocates of the Constitution adopted another course of action less known today. They gave speeches and wrote articles explaining to the people how the Constitution limited federal power. Sensing the need to be specific, they listed government functions that would be outside the federal sphere. These would be the exclusive province of state governments and the private sector."
Later in the article, Natelson wrote: "Until the 1930's, the courts voided any measure exceeding the federal government's enumerated powers. During the New Deal, this began to change. Although many believe that the change occurred because President Franklin Roosevelt threatened the Supreme Court, modern research suggests there were other reasons.
"In any event, the Constitutions' plan of federalism stopped operating as Coxe and other founders designed it, But reading Coxe's essays enables us to recapture how federalism was supposed to work."
The problems I have with this are:
#MentalIllness is a topic that frequently surfaces after #MassShootings
Are the people who actually committing the crime the ones who are mentally ill?
Or are the politicians who #EncourageCrime the true #lunatics?
For me; I tell you that the verifiable #NutCases are the people who keep letting politicians get sworn into office without ever having won an election; who then go about destroying #TheRuleOfLaw upon which our nation was founded -- but never realized.
That would make #WeThePeople the true #NutJobs of this nation.
Question is: What are you going to do to help flip that table back in our favor?
Lack of knowledge
Had @realDonaldTrump had a better education regarding our government charters, he could have avoided all this mess three years ago.
As in any #corporation, and yes; since 1756, our governments are corporations by definition. Defined as a body politic, governments are political bodies, therefore, corporations.
Mr. Trump admitted early in the 2016 #PresidentialRace that he help get most of his opponents. whether Republicans or Democrats, get elected.
Now those birds have come home to #roost and agonize the man that #bought their loyalty as a non-government official.
Some claim #AntiGod; Some claim #NonTraditionalFamily
The cause for our nation's failings become so painfully obvious when a person, while in a #usedBook store stumbles across a 1923 3rd to 5th Grade Arithmetic Textbook.
For example: By the time I graduated High School, the longest math "story" problem I encounters was maybe a few sentences and required only a few answers.
In 1923, if memory serves me correctly; one of those Story-Problems was nearly 16 PAGES and had over 40 different questions that all depended on getting the first answers correct.
Some of the questions:
Yes!!! That was a 1923 math book.
That level of #Business skill is rare until you get into college these days.
A few years ago, and I do not mind telling you it was a #McDonalds hamburger shop I went into one day (after several day's buying the exact same items) I knew what the total would be. That day, the cash registers went down.
They charged me an extra $1.07
I asked if the price went up. No. It had not.
I asked if the taxes went up. No. They had not.
I asked why it was nearly $1.00 more than yesterday.
I was told that they had to calculate the bills by hand and they were supposed to ADD $1.07 to all the bills.
The tax rate was 7%
I told them that they were supposed to MULTIPLY the 1.07 to the total dollar value of items bought.
The cahsier had to call the manager. The manager had to call #CorporateHeadquaters to find out whether I was correct.
That -- is why our nation is failing; educations standards continued falling; crime continues increasing, etc... and so on.
We allowed our governments to get into our schools and control what is taught (rather not taught) and they stopped teaching us how to properly control the powers of our governments.
Who really is responsible for the recent rash of #MassShootings
In order of responsibility:
If you don't pay the lunch-money, the school may report you for neglect?
Ah, but it is perfectly fine with the school to embarrass the child by giving them an #AlternateLunch so that the rest of the school knows how poor your family might be.
Stopping the #School - to - #Prison revolving door
By pure chance, I saw my first Washington Informer; the August 8-14, 2019 issue. What follows are my comments about the content.
From the front cover: "America's New Norm, Greatest Threat: Surging Gun Violence, Mass Shooting".
Having studied our nation's founding documents, The unanimous Declaration of the united States of America and The Constitution for the United States of America; our nation's greatest threat is not the increasing numbers of mass shooting, illegal immigration, and all other crime. It is the same old problem that has been eating away at our nation since about 1868; when Amendment 13 was finally ratified.
Our government have possessed one of the most "perfect" tools by which to make all crime go to extinction-levels. Amendment 13, when properly enforced, makes the punishment for any criminal activity far more severe than the rewards from the crime. It also reduces the cost of government-provided services to the public by eliminating private contractors to do public-service jobs.
A front page article states, "DC Activist Leads Search for Solutions to Shootings". Then on page 12, "Prince George's Tackles Criminal Justice Reform of Community Youths".
I'll combine my comments here.
"Eliminate the school-to-prison pipeline"? This truly is an easy solution that some find difficult to put in motion. I whittle it down to 5 steps:
Some city, town, county, or state has to be the first to actually use the tools designed to eliminate crime.
A deterrent to crime, in the schools, is to get qualified teachers who teach the students how to learn, not what to learn and worse yet, the answers to the tests.
Most of all, teachers should never give multiple-choice or T/F tests or quizzes. They should all be essay-type tests. And the teachers should get to know their student's likes and dislikes as to what they want to do when they graduate so that lessons work to show the students how the subject-matter will help them do better in that chosen occupation.
When the student can see how the lessons will benefit their choices, the student is more likely to be engaged in that class activities.
Public money for schools should be allocated based on a specific number of dollars for each student. Teachers pay should be based on how many students graduate their classes based on essay-style tests that make it more difficult for teacher to teach only the answers to the test. Then, an impartial test-grader will mark the test results.
If you are looking for great teachers with a wide scope of knowledge, proficient in most areas of that knowledge; I am available. It's long past time for us to right our falling and failing nation.
When we focus on skills-building we better-skilled people. When we focus on unemployment, we get more unemployment. Change the focus, change the result. Focus on skills and the unemployment will take care of itself. If there are not enough jobs, the students, even in junior-high school should know how to run their own mom-pop shop doing what they enjoy.
I encourage you to take a look at a 1923 3rd-5th Grade Mathematics Textbook. The one I saw was about 4"x6" and about 1" thick. Many of our college graduates do not even see math like that in their first couple years. One story problem (about 13 pages had nearly 30 interrelated questions that depend on getting the first several correct.
The cartoon: "Mass Incarceration Must End", "Justice Now". If the people really want this; we can have it this year. Waiting until 202o is the fool's-game that our government hopes we keep playing.
I'll close on this note about global warming.
If scientists are correct, in that:
What happened between the two Ice Ages to make them different Ice Ages, before humans were supposedly here?
Hint: It got hot, but how hot?
You can find in Lafayette Square in Washington DC, Maryland at most times of the afternoon (7 days weekly) after 4 p.m.
During all days, except Monday and Friday when I am in the 17th Street & Pennsylvania Ave. Potbelly's Sandwich Shop on the computer.
Are #WildHogs a problem or a solution?
The first time I tasted javelina it was a bit lean (little fat) which was good. The flavor was excellent.
I expect the same from those wild hogs in the southern united States.
Nope. Not a problem. They feed themselves. They reproduce quickly. The government can issue hunting permits of a 3 or 6 animal limit during the best season for the best meat. If hunters do not want to eat the meat, it can be used to help feed others.
Why don't we have a working #artificial #kidney?
It should not cost even $1 Billion dollars to produce a working artificial kidney.
We already have the technology in the big machines. Historically, it only takes a couple decade or so to reduce things building-size to pocket-size.
We've have room-size dialysis machines since 1913. 107 years later, we still do not have a pocket-sized or transplantable devise?
Loyalty; "a strong feeling of support or allegiance."
Patriotism; "the quality of being patriotic; devotion to and vigorous support for one's country."
Nationalism; "identification with one's own nation and support for its interests, especially to the exclusion or detriment of the interests of other nations."
People of these united States no longer know whether they pledge their allegiance to our nation or to the government.
Article 4, Section 4 of the US Constitution proves that when a person recites the Congressionally adopted Pledge of Allegiance that they pledge their #allegiance to the government when it is the government that owes it allegiance to the people/nation.
Our nation's true pledge appears at the end of The unanimous Declaration of 1776 and truly is our nation's pledge to each other and not to our governments.
The government can try to force people to #Respect others but it will not work
Respect must be earned, not forced.
In my conversations with many people in government, which includes, legislators, executive, judicial, police, and military; I have not yet found a single person who swore an oath the the US Constitution who actually properly comprehends the force that oath caries.
Nearly every government person who #swore that #oath will near-instantly tell a person who admits that they did not know a certain law existed; "Ignorance of the law is no excuse for violating it".
So what is all their excuses for violating #TheSupremeLawOfTheLand that appears in Article 6 of The Constitution for the United States of America?
They will nearly all tell you that they are not required to know whether or not a law or order violates the Constitution; they are supposed to merely obey or enforce. The do not give a damn how many years you must fight it in court, if you can afford to; so long as they get their paycheck.
Government officials are a long ways away from actually #EARNING the respect from the people.
If the police actually enforced #TheRuleOfLaw they would fight to get all unconstitutional laws repealed. The Rule of Law is not merely enforcing unconstitutional laws to bolster the governments purse.
The downhill slide as our country switched from #Qualifications to quota
Quality or qualification is the ability of an employer or government hiring agent to select the best-qualified candidate without considering race, color, sex, etc.
Giving jobs to unqualified people deteriorates any system (commercial or government).
#BillDeBlasio in these united States of America, we/YOU are supposed to apply every law #Equally to every human
The only #Constitutional way to tax people (whether income or sales, etc.) is so that every person pays the same number of pennies on each taxable dollar. Thus the same #Percentage as opposed to the same number of dollars.
The fact that Congress, in violation of Amendment 16 uses a census to apply the #IncomeTax law, it is not enforceable as written and people should not pay any income tax until the law complies with the US Constitution.
When the government wants a person murdered, all they have to do is accuse you of #ChildMolestation send you to prison and put you in general population before the trial
This has been happening for at least 100 years. Murder by "suicide".
The jailers are guilty of murder; especially since it happened in a specific jail on a specific shift with specific jailers on duty in the area of the murder. When the jailers on duty create a situation by which one prisoner is given the opportunity murder another, the jailers are equally guilty.
Personally, I do not trust the government when they accuse a person of a crime. I barely trust the jury-system. In these united States of America, an accused person is supposed to be considered innocent until an #Impartial #Jury finds them guilty.
From what little I know, Epstein had not yet been #Constitutionally tried before the government had him executed.
Making #movies is for profit and hopefully to tell a worthy story
So, why would a movie company pull a movie because #realDonaldTrump criticized it?
If anything, his objections would likely influence even more people to watch it, especially those who oppose him.
Why pull it, it it was a good movie with a good plot?
From what little I've read about the plot, it has been done before where rich hunting people wanted game that could think; so they kidnap humans that may generally not be missed and force them to be the prey of the hunt.
ReMake all restrooms and showers into individual stalls
You go into the stall #alone, lock the door behind you; do your thing alone, get dressed, and come out.
One restroom or shower shower, like in the #truckstops #fitsall #races, #colors, #creeds, #religions, #ages, #sexes, #mobility, etc. (sorry, got a bit hashtag happy).
Just put one sign on the door with a picture of a toilet in it without any human depiction at all.
People ask me if I support #GunControl
I usually respond in this manner: Of course I do. Anyone who possesses or handles any weapon should be in proper control and use of that weapon; knowing how to clean, maintain, use, and store it safely. Anyone who cannot do those things should not possess or carry those weapons.
However, should the government dictate what weapons a person can own or carry? No! Not without a lawful and constitutional amendment process as detailed in The Constitution for the United States of America, Article 5.
Without that constitutional amendment process ALL LAWS made by any government person to tell you whether you can possess a specific weapon, carry or not carry it in specific public locations/building, etc. is a blatant violation of Amendment 2. When people are not held accountable for their actions via an honorable justice system, the #GovernmentEncouragesCrime
Proper use of Amendment 13 works to make the penalty of criminal activity far more severe than the rewards from it -- but only when properly used and enforced.
For those of you who want the government to pass more #UnConstitutional #GonControlLaws you ought to ask the #NativeAmericans what happened to them when our government #DisArmed them. You ought to ask what happened in #Germany when #Hitler disarmed his citizens. Those, only two of the many examples I've heard about.and recall at the moment.
Is #realDonaldTrump a #racist or does he just not give much thought to his present job as President of "The United States of America"?
#MassMedia and #SocialMedia present opposing "truths" to this question.
Some, present him as helping people from varied ethnic and social histories. Others focus on specific statements that indicate a totally opposite personality.
Defining racist: "a person who shows or feels discrimination or prejudice against people of other races, or who believes that a particular race is superior to another."
Based on family history and education, desires, etc; the Life Cards dealt to some classes of people make it appear that some races may be inferior or superior to another.
When a person steps back far enough to simply observe they will find:
A person's history is not a pre-determined master of an individual's future.
The only thing that dictates an individual's future is that individual's choices to remain as is, or improve who they are.
My advice to #MrTrump is to take a good hard look at himself and his actions. Measure what he finds about himself against how he wants to see himself.
That would mean he needs more people to be in these united States of America Illegally
If #PresidentTrump and his administration (as previous presidential administration could have done), by properly enforcing Amendment 13 could reduce #IllegalImmigration and all other #Crime to #extinction levels in less than 9 months.
Of course, when this happens, ICE, #HomelandSecurity and #BorderPatrol will decrease in sizes below that of various countries active military numbers. It also means that tens of thousands of government employees will and should begin seeking jobs in the private sector.
ICE, here is a conversation for you.
Well cuz... It's about time for me to head home. Give ICE a call and they will send me home free of charge. Don't worry, I'll be back after spending some time with my family. Hey, when I get back, the government will be ready to offer another round of amnesty. See you soon cuz.
Here is how that conversation should be going:
Hey cuz... that new Constitutional Executive Order to enforce Amendment 13 and the Immigration Laws goes into effect next week. I better get back home before I get arrested. If that happens, they are going to put me on trial. If found guilty, I will not see you or my family for 6 months, until they send me home without having been for that work. My family cannot afford that. Since they stopped the amnesty programs, I'm going to go home and make application for citizenship.
When judiciously applied and enforced, our government officer must be more honorable and treat people with respect in order to obtain a proper conviction.
Simply because a person violates an unconstitutional law does not mean that the accused is guilty of a crime. It means that the lawmakers, police, and judges have committed crimes against the Constitution for passing, enforcing, and punishing people for not knowing about that unconstitutional law.
Skills are King when #TSHTF
Skills are truly inexpensive to learn and when you learn the correct skills, you can survive nearly any cats-ass-trophy.
If the rich are to survive, they will need more than money to do it.
"Thoughts & Prayers won't stop mass shooting #251"
That is correct. But proper enforcement of Amendment 13 of the US Constitution by honorable officers WILL!!
8 nearly full pages on at least 2 shootings
From what I read of the massive articles; I did not notice a single mention of how our governments do not even recognize The Constitution for the United States of America, Amendment 13. Amendment 13 is a tool that honest government officers can use to make crime in these united States of America go to extinction-level lows.
The catch is that the accused person must be DULY CONVICTED!! That is something that I'll bet almost never happens in any criminal prosecution in these united States.
If you do not like me as your employee in the office of President of "The United States of America", find someone who know how to use The US Constitution to get many jobs done that must get done constitutionally.
