A fancy word for #GovernmentCreatedCriminals
No. Our government would not literally create criminals would they?
I'll prove to you that a fairly conservative estimate indicates that over 90% of all people ticketed, fined, jailed, etc. have not committed a crime (though they violated a law that is the true criminal)
Article 6 from The Constitution for the United States of America state: "This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States* which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding."
The "Law of the United States" refers not only to the laws of "The United States of America" our nation's government, but also to the laws of the united States, the sates of the union, which includes all jurisdictions within (city, county, etc.)
Any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding/not-enforceable.
I'll simply provide a list of types of laws that violate The Supreme Law of the Land:
As you see, in accord with Article 6 of the US Constitution, oops; let me include:
"The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several
State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and
of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution...."
This means that ignorance of this Supreme Law of the Land by any government official is a capitol offense. The Declaration describes it as an act of #Tyranny and #Despotism. and The Constitution defines it as #TREASON, Granted, those three words do not get used nearly as correctly as they ought to be used.
If the government wants to honorably pass, enforce and punish such citizen activity, the government is required to go thorough the Article 5 (US CONSTITUTION) Amendment process to get the people to authorize the use of such political power.
Without OUR authorization, it is an act of TREASON for government to steal such power and exercise it.
What happens when the government CREATES these criminals via #UnjustLaws?
The innocent person now acquires an unjust criminal record. When they go to applying for jobs, many employers will o longer hire these people; because of the ignorance of the employer about how the government creates criminals our of innocent people.
Unable to get socially-acceptable employment, many of these people end up committing REAL crimes just to make a living for survival.
The #SOLUTION is Amendment 13. However, its proper enforcement and application demands that our government officers be honest. Unfortunately, that honesty is nearly extinct in our governments.
End recidivism by abolishing unjust laws.
