If inept relates to job skill and knowledge; what's the conflict?
If inept; properly defined as "having or showing no skill; clumsy" is what #UKambassador meant by an inept White House; he must feel that truth is something to be ashamed about.
Mr. Trump, as President of "The United States of America" demonstrates a clumsy manor about his skill (rather lack thereof) regarding his constitutional duties of office. Thus, inept.
@REALDONALDTRUMP Mr. Trump should (as I find myself trying to do with my own advice) heed his own advice. "An executive is only as good as his gatekeepers" Mr. Trump, Apprentice show.
His gatekeepers include the Secret Service officers around the White House who do not allow or pass information along to Mr. Trump that would have helped him do a much better job as President of "The United States of America". Additionally, other gatekeepers include the advisers of whom he surrounds himself. His "constitutional" adviser is as incompetent and lacking when it comes to The Constitution for the United States of America, as is the entire Supreme Court of "The United States of America". Case in point, the #census.
