Everyone possesses the exact same list of possible rights from which to choose and exercise. Some us us choose some of the same list of rights but each of us set a varying degree upon which we either exercise or value those rights.
When I read an article that states, "conservative religious leaders... hoped [Trump would] oppose abortion an rein in the LGBTQ-rights movement" those #Conservative #Religious leaders also want government to rein in the #ReligiousRights and the #ConservativeRights as well.
No one that I know about is forcing any conservative religious people to exercise a right to be one of the LGBTQ people. Nor do I see people who truly are #ProChoice forcing people to either have an #Abortion or to go #FullTerm and have a #LiveBirth -- Yet I do see many "conservative religious" people trying to force their personal choice if rights upon all others as their #ReligiousMandate
When any of us wants the government to trample the chosen rights of another, simply because we disagree with those rights, we tell the government that it is perfectly O.K. with us for the government to trample our rights as well -- BECAUSE THE LIST IS EXACTLY THE SAME.
If the government is to take money out of the abortion end of things, the government MUST ALSO take the money out of the live-birth end of things as well -- and let both sides fund their own children or abortions.
Another interesting element of that article claims that #HHS #HealthAndHumanServices allows waivers to #StateContractedFoster agencies in #SC to deny services to #SameSex and #NonChristian families.
So only "Christian" are going to be allowed to propagandize children in the government-run foster-care industry?
"Christians" must be so desperate to grow their numbers that they have to kidnap children because people have seen the fraud and deep-deception in the lives of so many #FakeChristians that so few people want to participate in the religion willingly.
My parents, both claiming to live the Christian lifestyle taught me not to do as they say, but to do as they do. They also taught me that if I were to live the true Christian lifestyle, people would come to me and ask me how to get what I have. And for a few years, I live that lifestyle, only to learn that my parents did not. They, instead of relying on the god they worship instead relied on the government and others to supply needs for the family.
I left all religion behind, realizing that the "gods" never do for humans those things that humans can do for themselves. If we want any form of "heaven", it is our hands that will make it happen. We already see the hells that humans can cause -- all we have to do is focus on the good we can do -- then do it.
