....Only When the governed people use The unanimous Declaration of the united States of America & The Constitution of the United States of America as reading comprehension and mathematical story problems; to solve for getting and keeping Clean Honest Government.
The primary focus for this website, CleanHonestGov.Com is to show how our government Charters are Reading Comprehension tools about how the citizens are supposed to properly control government to better secure their rights.
Then, those same Charters become Mathematical Story Problems to solve for exactly HOW the citizen-vote is supposed to be counted. This information is as old as our nation, Just never practiced yet.
As seen earlier, with various SCOTUS (supreme Court of the United States) Opinions; it seems that basic reading comprehension is not required for government officers; Only the ability to copy what others got away with doing before. That is what precedence is all about —Repeating history, and generally the worst parts of it.
Clean Honest Government is all about learning from history so as to not repeat the mistakes.
