Reading Comprehension
More than merely vocalizing written words; it is comprehending the context and meaning of those words, according to what they meant to the signing generation.
What powers did they grant to government?
What rights do those powers affect?
With Government charters and laws; readers use Literal, Inference, and Evaluation comprehension methods; based mostly on what is written, and sometimes what is not written. This determines whether the reading generation's technology and activity are covered by the signing generation's definitions.

I am beginning to realize that I no longer know what those two words mean.
The Internet defines those two words as:
sup·port
verb
1. bear all or part of the weight of; hold up.
2. give assistance to, especially financially; enable to function or act.
noun
1. a thing that bears the weight of something or keeps it upright.
2. material assistance.
an·y·thing
pronoun
used to refer to a thing, no matter what.
However, the use here, with "anything ... to support you"; the anything is limited by the word 'support', which is then limited by the word 'you' (referring to me).
When given the opportunity, and when I remember to take that opportunity to explain in detail; I generally respond with the following:
* You can review every page of CleanHonestGov.Com (which is also CleanHonestGovernment.Com) and send to me feedback on the following:
* Comment on whether it is easy to read (as in does it flow smoothly)
* Are there any spelling or grammar errors
* Discuss, debate, or comment generally about the ideas and concepts presented
* Suggest ways to attract more people to do the same, without the need for all sort of gimmicks and such
* If you would like to do more; or, are not wanting to do the above: you can donate cash so I can find and pay people to do the above tasks
* This can range anywhere from a few dollars to well over fourteen trillion dollars. The larger amount is to build 100% waste recovery facilities in every State in these united States of America that converts all waste back to material for manufacturing or neutralizes it so it can be returned to Earth, without contaminating the area.
* Between the two extremes, I continue working toward getting and keeping Clean Honest Government; as well as My Human Powered Vehicle Project.
* Ask others to do the same for both items above.
