Completing the cycle
This encourages maximum productivity, coordinating crops, rotation, along with other related events maintaining maximum soil fertility.
In the final three or four stages of the totally enclosed waste-treatment facilities, some of the useful by-products include cleaner soil, cleaner water, and cleaner air that are safer, cleaner, and more beneficially lively than found in many organic gardens. These final stages produce water-, land-, and air-livestock and edible plant and food products to feed many local people. Because of its enclosed nature, it can produce what would be considered exotic foods that are normally grown in foreign countries.
Our government is not authorized to pay people to not produce. As with the other programs, this also uses students, prisoners, and military; saving tax payers lots of money to operate these other enterprise funds.
