Human Powered Vehicle (HPV)

Moving on
Based on U.S. Park Police, Internal Affairs, Detective Michael Connor's acts (that is lack of response in delivering what he promised, FOIA forms, etc. and not responding to emails) I suspect he is doctoring the video footage he showed me where Park Services personnel went to 2 different vehicles when he said they loaded it all on one.
I personnaly expect Connor to cover for the other officers. Part of the "Brotherhood" BS. So.... I work on CleanHonestGov.Com as well as this Human Powered Vehicle Project. Delayed Again
With well over $1,000 in tools, (as of November 24, 2024 I have spent nearly $5,000) replacing parts, hardware, solar system components, winter weather gear, etc; (Seems I grossly underestimated the value of un-returned property replacement value. Just or ITEMS #1 & #2 the total is 0ver $1,300. I need to replace the missing SOLAR System components Then, replace the missing tools Then, replace the missing parts and missing harware Then, back to building and rebuilding various parts of the Human Powered Vehicle pictured below. Starting Costs of replacements

Updates & Locator (find it, find me)
All is 1/8"x2"x2" steel angle iron, 3/16"x2" flat stock, 3/4" exterior plywood, #40 chain and sprockets.
The video is before a few modifications. The stills, are after a few body modifications.
In a couple more months, some of the gearing modifications, solar panels, and umbrella will be re-configured.
I have decided to OPEN SOURCE this project from here, so that I might see it completed and working as designed; if not by me, someone else. As when I had money, my time was taken by other projects. Now I have more than enough time; my money is all but dried up.
At the axle end of the 4-foot long crank arms; There is a pair of 'torque multipliers', one on each crank arm. They should be 32:1 at the very least. They will be installed to increase Axle RPM, as opposed to increase axle-torque. The 4' crank arms provides the needed torque.
The axle shaft connects to the first of a series of Variable Speed Pulley Transmissions (VSP). Each pair, (#1 & #2) with (#3 & #4) etc. moving plates are welded back to back; aligned so that all belts remain straight. In this manner, all that is needed is a device to shift the very first movable plate, which, then, automatically adjusts all the others.
Such a series of VSPs will produce very high torque at slow speeds, then ranging through the gear ratios to produce a very high speed out put with reduced torque.
At the high-torque ratio, one human, on an HPV-only tow-vehicle can pull a fully loaded tractor trailer unit with little effort, so long as the tow-vehicle can withstand the weight.
Then, at the high-speed end of the ratio, at least on the flat and level road surface, on person on an HPV-only commuter-style vehicle will reach speeds over 200mph with the operator not exerting themselves.
Initially, all of this will occupy a lot of otherwise usable space, until the more compact transmission is built
