Two, for example, include:
the 3/5 clause, was eventually amended out.
Another is the clause that allows Congress to legislate over any body of citizens "all cases whatsoever".
Another allows government officers to dictate their own wages and benefits.
Another that violates The Declaration is the power to declare offensive wars.
Allowing unjust slavery to continue.
Stopping rebellion or insurrection; which is exactly what the 1776 gerneration was accused of, in trying to break from Great Britain.
Denying the right to question the public debts or obligations incurred for the supposed suppression of rebellion or insurrection.
Amendment 21 authorizes state governments to prohibit to people the right to transport or import their use intoxicating liquors. Violates Amendment 9 and other retained rights.
Yet, we leave them in; not realizing that the laws passed to supposedly correct those wrongs, have allowed government officers to unjustly alter the Constitution's content without going through the proper Article 5 amendment process.
We should not allow unconstitutional government acts, even if they benefit us. It destroys the Rule of Law and gives government officers the wink and nod that it is OK to violate the very Law intended to govern the government's actions.
The governed people, are intended to work together to properly control their government's powers to equally protect each other's rights.
