Are there any elements of The U. S. Constitution that violates the rights of citizens?
Yes, there are several. Two, for example, include: the 3/5 clause when doing an enumeration, not an unconstitutional census. Another is the clause that allows Congress to legislate over any body of citizens "all cases whatsoever".
Yet, we leave then in; not realizing that the laws passed to supposedly correct those wrongs, have allowed government officers to unjustly alter the Constitution's content without going through the proper Article 5 amendment process.
We should not allow unconstitutional government acts, even if they benefit us. It destroys the Rule of Law and gives government officers the wink and nod that it is OK to violate the very Law intended to govern the government's actions.
